Schiller Online Admissions

Schiller International University would like to welcome you and all students from around the world with a variety of educational backgrounds.

Applications are handled on an individual basis. An applicant's race, religion, national origin, gender, or country of citizenship are not taken into consideration in determining admission to the university program. Schiller International University is able to advise applicants of their acceptance or rejection soon after receipt of all application materials (including transcripts).

Undergraduate Admission Requirements

Applicants must have successfully completed the secondary level of education, which is generally 12 years.

Both graduate and undergraduate applicants to online programs whose native language is not English must submit, prior to registration, an official TOEFL score less than three years old, of 550 (213 computer-based/79 Internet-based), directly from the Educational Testing Services; an IELTS score, directly from IELTS, less than three years old, of 6 bands or better; an APIEL score less than three years old, score of 3 or better, directly from APIEL; or TOEIC score less than three years old, score of 775 or better, directly from TOEIC.

To ensure that applicants feel comfortable with email composition, file attachments, downloading and uploading files, the use of discussion forums and chat rooms, the admissions requirements for online students include the completion of two surveys, Student Self-Evaluation Checklist and Survey of Student Technology Experience, located on the Schiller website. These surveys must be downloaded as Word documents and returned to onlineprograms@schiller.edu as e-mail attachments. Other admissions and graduation requirements for all online students are the same as those for traditional students.
